EKG Machines are a very important technology that should be found in every physician’s office or hospital. EKG Machines, or electrocardiograms, are non-invasive and are great for diagnosing an array of heart maladies. The heart is triggered to contract by electrical activity. The flow of electrical current associated with the contraction produces voltages on the surface of the body. Electrode pairs can be placed at various positions on the body to yield information about the status of the heart. EKG Machines are used for diagnosing heart disease and can even point out a heart attack when it is happening.
